General Comments that relate to this Inspection The following items must be corrected by 08/31/12:1) Replace all broken floor tiles that are broken or missing.2) Install FRP fiberglass reinforced plastic behind all wet areas such as 3 compartment sink and mop sink.3) Clean throughout. All shelving shall be smooth and easily cleanable. Clean hard to reach areas under bar counters; behind tap lines and all gaskets at reach in refers.4) Remove any equipment and items not used in the operations of the business such as two non NSF refers in back room and any other clutter. Notes:Cold holding units checked OK; thermometers present. Bathrooms and handsinks properly stocked.Alcohol warning posted in women's bathroom.Bar has a glass/bar washer that is not operational. Bar washer will be repaired by 08/27/12. Facility has a 3 compartment sink; chlorine sanitizer is used and test strips available on site. This bar will be assigned a risk category 1 health permit. Only incidental food may be served in bar such as popcorn; nuts and other non-potentially hazardous bar snacks. No communal bowls are allowed for serving snacks. Please post official health permit on site once received. An annual health inspection will be conducted within 90 days and this inspection will be unannounced.Carpet is going to be replaced after Rib CookOff in September. OK to operate; OK to issue health permit.
