Remarks: BIRD BANGERS ARE ON. SKYWEST 3962 LANDED ON RWY 35L AND SCARED FRANKLIN GULLS UP THAT WE BELIEVE TO BE RESTING IN THE GRASS UNKNOWINGLY TO ARPT OPS AND ATC. UPON RWY INSPECTION, I FOUND 2 REMAINS THAT ID'D TO BE FRANKLIN GULLS. I MET THE PILOT TO WALK THE PLANE FOR DAMAGE. NO DAMAGE REPORTED OR SEEN JUST FOUND REMAINS OF BIRD ON WING. UPDATE: MX WAS CALLED TO CHECK OUT THE A/C CAUSING ABOUT A 45 MIN DELAY. MX CLEARED A/C TO GO SAYING DAMAGE WAS INSIGNIFICANT.
