Violation descriptions and comments

Several portioned sandwich toppings that included grated cheese were 44-45�°F in the single door sandwich station refrigerator. Leaf lettuce was being held at 65�°F and was not included in the establishment's Time as a Public Health Control agreement.
Paper towels were not provided to the front drive through line hand sink. Corrected on site.
One condenser fan in the walk-in freezer was broken and was not attached to the fan motor.
The taco line refrigerator and the iced coffee and juice refrigerator did not have thermometers.
The interior of the fry line two-door reach-in freezer was soiled with food debris. The interior of the smoothie refrigerator was soiled with food splatter.
The trays in the sandwich line bun warmer were soiled with burned food debris. The underside of the fry line ventilation hood was soiled with grease. The exteriors of most of the plastic food containers stored above the three-compartment sink had date tags on them. The interior of the fryer grease pump out unit was soiled with grease and burned food debris.
The ware washing sink drain board wall caulking was soiled with grime by the pre-rinse sprayer.
Pliers and other tools were stored in contact with beverage syrup dispenser pumps in one of the drawers at the front service line.
A gap larger than a quarter inch was present below the rear kitchen entry door leading to the parking area.
