An employee was observed doing food preparation at the three compartment sink instead of the dedicated food preparation sink. A cloth towel was stored in the basin of the right kitchen wait station area handsink.
Steak (raw) was 48�°F, Chicken (raw) was 49�°F, and hamburger patties were 50�°F in the cold holding drawers below the grill for less than four hours. Bags of ice were placed on food products.
A chemical spray bottle on a shelf under the dishmachine was unlabeled as to its contents.
