Violation descriptions and comments

A dented can of oyster sauce was stored with wholesome cans on the can rack in the dry storage area. Raw chicken was stored above vegetables in the walk in refrigerator.
Multiple employee beverages were observed stored on the preparation tables, in multiple reach in refrigerators and above and next to customer food items throughout the facility.
Cooked tofu stored in the cold top refrigerator was between 49-62�°F. Garlic and oil located next to the fryer and on the spice cart located next to the dish machine were between 69-70�°F.
Multiple live and dead cockroaches were seen throughout the facility.
Multiple items were stored on the ground in the walk in refrigerator. A bag of rice was stored on the floor next to the entrance to the kitchen.
Non-food grade bins were used to store bulk rice under the front kitchen preparation table. Non-food grade bags were used to store food items in the reach in freezers.
The door gaskets on the walk in refrigerator, the reach in freezers and on the cold top refrigerator doors were torn. Tin foil was observed lining the surfaces of the spice cart.
The hood vent covers were soiled with grease.
The sanitizer in the sanitizer buckets was below 50 ppm chlorine residual.
Multiple scoops located in the bulk rice bins were stored with the handles touching the food product. Silverware in the front service area was stored with the food contact surfaces facing up. Rice scoops located next to the front service area rice cookers were stored in 68�°F standing water.
The floor located behind the hot water heater was soiled with grime.
