In the cold top refrigerator, raw steak was stored next to already cooked hot dogs and ham and above coleslaw and shrimp salad. In the standing refrigerator, raw steak and raw bacon were stored above shredded cheese, and raw chicken was stored above various dressings.
The facility was serving undercooked eggs, steak and burgers without a consumer advisory.
An employee was observed handling ready-to-eat toast with their bare hands.
Green chile was not reheated to 165�°F before hot holding.
Dishes were not being sanitized for a minimum of 60 seconds in the manual ware-washing process in the bar three-compartment sink.
