Hot water of the required temperatures (100°F for handsinks and 110°F for three compartment sinks) was not available. Neither hot nor cold water was available at the mopsink faucet, the left three compartment sink faucet, and th warewashing area handsink faucet. Numerous flies were present in the facility. A can of spray pesticide not labeled for use in a retail food establishment was stored in the cabinet near the walk-in refrigerator. A bottle of medication was stored above customer food in the walk-in refrigerator. A chemical spray bottle stored on the three compartment sink was not labeled as to it's contents. The thermometer reading the internal temperature of the walk-in refrigerator was not operational. The standing mixer was soiled with food debris. The ware washing area hand washing sink was not adequately sealed to the sink next to it. Lights throughout the facility were not operational. Unused equipment was stored throughout the facility. The toilet in the restroom was not adequately sealed to the floor.
