Violation descriptions and comments

Fried chicken in the cold top refrigerator located across from the wok was 54-56ºF for more than four hours. Cooked noodles were 60�°F and stored on the table located next to the grill. Cooked tofu stored in the cold top refrigerator was 47�°F.
Soap and paper towels were not provided at the wait station hand sink.
Two spray bottles located under the three compartment sink were unlabeled as to their contents.
Containers of bulk rice were unlabeled as to their contents.
Boxes of food products were stored on the floor in the walk in freezer.
Non food grade containers were used to store bulk rice.
The door gaskets on the cold top refrigerators were torn.
The inside surface of the microwave was soiled with food debris.
The hood vent covers were soiled with grease.
The caulking on the dirty dish side of the ware washing area was soiled with mold.
Knives were stored in the gap between the cold top refrigerator and the cutting board on the cold top refrigerator. The scoop stored in the bulk rice container did not contain a handle.
The wall located behind the kitchen slicer was soiled with food debris.
