Employees were taking fries directly out of the storage area after they had been cooked with their bare hands. The managers took our food to the back to open it to see if it was special, they weren't wearing gloves to do it. The employees were cursing at each other at the counter, while one employee was trying her best to take orders, put the orders together, make fries and run food outside. Sad the manager was right there during the whole entire ordeal and did nothing to help or reprimand the employees. I have been trying to make a complaint but keep getting brushed off. The store is dirty and nasty. I would hate to see what it looks like behimd the counter. My daughter in law works there as a new employee and tells us not to eat there! Disgusting!
