Architect, builder, and coppersmith Roland Boutwell, an Englishman, built the Onaledge estate in 1912 in the style of the Arts & Crafts movement, which emphasized simplicity and craftsmanship with high design standards in all architectural details. The inn is not wheelchair accessible, and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome.
