Description: Yes, it is a nationwide chain, but its innovative approach to the standard steakhouse model makes it worthy of coverage. Solid appetizers such as tuna tartare and broiled sea scallops wrapped in bacon grace the menu. Five onion soup and lobster bisque are crowd favorites on chilly days. Entrees are what is expected; filet mignon, New York strip, and prime rib, to name a few. As red meat alternatives, seafood such as jumbo lump crab cakes and whole baked Maine lobster grace the menu as well as healthier (asparagus, broccoli) and heartier (jumbo baked Idaho potato, steak fries) side dish options.
