Abated NOV#s 2E51001650 and 1652. Concession stand has purchased new chafer dishes to hold temperature at 135 F or above. Staff will not use time control. EHS observed temperatures and PHF items stored in chafer dishes were 135 F and above. Manager has Birmingham Water Works come out and repair main water leak which was the cause of low pressure at ballpark. Toilets are now flushing properly in both restrooms.
