This Chipotle restaurant is typical of places where you go in, wait in line and tell the food preparers exactly what you want from the display of available choices. Usually one person serves up your initial choices of bowl, burrito, salad, etc. with the meat and beans you select, then your food moves down the line for the next person to add your choice of toppings and finish your order. Then you move on and the next person takes your drink order and you finish up and pay. Seating is up to you, and there were plenty of available tables when I was there. Overall, the place is very nice but casual.

I'd been to Chipotle in California and was always very happy with the food, which is pretty uniform from store to store. However, one thing was different in this Las Vegas store that I did not care for. The meat was served cold instead of hot. I think it is much better hot and was surprised with the cold meat. I don't know why they would do this differently from the California stores where I had eaten.

Otherwise, everything was very tasty and fresh. Chipotle is a great choice for lunch or dinner. The portions are generous and the options should be enough to satisfy any diner.
