I drove through there tonight and got a McChicken, medium fries and a large sweet tea. The bun on the sandwich was very hard. It also did not have the shredded lettuce on it that normally comes on them. It had large pieces of romaine lettuce like you find in a salad. They were out of ice. No ice at McDonalds. They are in a convenience store, they could have gotten ice. I have called back there three times since I left there, and they will NOT answer the phone.

I was treated very rudely at this McDonalds- telling me where exactly where I had to stand! I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was the manager. I do own McDonalds stock and feel that the company will loose customers if they continue treating people badly. They have lost my business and did not need to! Maybe the manager Is prejudiced? Something is very wrong with her customer service.

On Saturday, December 22, 2018, I went through the drive thru and my order total was $10.49. The drive thru was extremely busy so I had time to look through my wallet in hopes of finding correct change. I had 9 $1 bills and the rest were twenty dollar bills. I didn’t need anymore ones so I gave the gal $20.50 and she gave me back a penny. I immediately told her I gave her a twenty and she pulled my receipt back from me and said “oh no you didn’t, you gave me a twenty,” she then shut her window closed for a second, opened back up and told me to pull forward. So, I did not to hold up the line. Again at the food pick up window they told me pull forward so I wouldn’t slow down the line. I waited along with my son 20 minutes, decided to call the restaurant, it rang at least 20 times and they informed me the drawer was being counted. The manager on duty came out and told me the drawer was exact and I didn’t give her a twenty. I did give the clerk a twenty and she stole $10 from me. They made no attempt at customer service, there was no way the drawer was counted in that amount of time. I suggested to the manager, they watch the video from the camera because if the gal would steal from me, she would steal from them too. I will not go back to this Cantrell location again.

I have worked downtown Little Rock for over 5 years and I have frequented this establishment regularly. I visited this morning, 3/12/16 after having not eaten at this establishment since December 2015. This Mickie D's needs to be closed by corporate. The workers are incompetent, which is why I stopped eating here in December 2015, and on today a manager, Crystal advised me, the customer, that she would refund my order so as not to require her line workers to read the order and prepare the meal as requested. It is this type of mentality that case a bad light on all individuals working in the fast food industry. Crystal should be terminated and all line workers should be required to at a minimal be able to read and comprehend a customers order. I stopped eating at this establishment in December 2015 due to Crystal having advised me that my order would be ready in 2 minutes and I waited for over 30 minutes. On today, my order was to be brought out to my vehicle in 2 minutes and it took over 30 minutes and after waiting the 30 minutes, Crystal was rude to me the customer.

I will not under any circumstance purchase food from this establishment.

I don't know who the person is that gave all the stars, but they obviously have no taste buds. I keep going back giving the store another try and my order is always wrong, the food is either cold or Luke warm. I bring the food back with the receipt and ask for my money back and their policy is "nope". We'll replace you're sucky food with more sucky food, and here's a coupon for more sucky food. Just ordered a steak bagel. The "steak" isn't visible unless you remove the old, dry bagel top. Only then can I clearly see the dried out piece of meat clearly missing the onions which are supposed to be on a steak bagel. Same with the egg...old,dried and crusty. I will say there is a lot of cheese. Problem is, it isn't melted because everything is so cold and old. I think that's the problem with the store. They make something and it sits there until it sells no matter how long it takes. It's a shame, I love "Micky D's" and this store is so close to me. But after today I am done. This was my first attempt at breakfast with them, it will also be my last breakfast, lunch or dinner. Goodbye old friend.

I absolutely love this restaurant. I have been coming here for years. The food is great at great prices, its clean with a very friendly atmosphere. I absolutely love it!!!!

Worst McDonalds in little rock. Absurd wait for hard as rock fries & leave half your order out of bag. Cashiers not friendly. Workers rubbing face & hair then handling food. Avoid this McDonald's!
