I ordered from pizza hut on January 31st 2015.I had a previous 6 dollar credit from about a week ago due tothem not delivering my apple pies.
I ordered a 16 piece. medium bonelesystem wings with a 8 piece bbq wing. When the driver arrived he said a bunch of mumble jumble I couldn't understand I paid the remainder balance and tipped and he walked off. To my surprise it happened again. The 8 piece bbq wings.
I immediately called upset. I couldn't understand how u could mess up a meal that had been partially credited already from a mess up. I spoke with Armani and was told he would give me store credit at first and after I declined said he would give a full refund but that he couldn't do anything about it until the next day, because the store was closing. So he told me to call back the next day...which I did....and kept being transferred to the call center where I spoke with another lady and explained the situation in which she told me I shouldn't get a full credit I should only get back what I didn't receive.
I told her I didn't wana speak with her & I'd wait to speak with the supervisor from the previous night. Day two still haven't been able to contact Armani. So I get switched to call center again where I speak to a veryvery hhelpful guy that actually waited over 15 min trying to contactthe store which iI find out is understaffed. I finally speak with Jen.
She explains to me that I'm being credited back the money to my card. I asked about the remainder balance in cash that I paid. She said there wasn't a cash payment showing in the sy. Which I paid to Aaron the driver.
I'm very agitated by all this it's ridiculous confusing and down right UN necessary. The problem should have been solved promptly and I'm upset I paid the driver after being told before hanging up the cash balance.
