disappointed with UPS

Required 15 pages to be faxed to a supplier to make the deadline. Once transmitted the UPS supervisor stated the fax did not go through. I contracted supplier who verified non transmission. A second customer was having the same problem. Supplier suggested scan and UPS said they could
accommodate. Following scan and transmission ( 20 minutes later) the supervisor stated the fax now went through. Supervisor required I pay for both services. Not the money $30.00 but customer relations since until now I was a frequent shipper of vehicle parts with this UPS store, I'm moving on.
Would you recommend The UPS Store to others? No
