Incredibly incompetent drivers. Repeatedly fail to deliver packages in timely fashion. They repeatedly indicate that “recipient is not home” when we ARE. They also indicate failure to deliver at “access points” because they are closed when THEY ARE NOT CLOSED.
UPS Somerville MA Dispatch is officially in the running with the US Post Office for incompetence service. I’m done, Hello FedEx!

Twice I was in a time sensitive situation where i needed my delivery ASAP. The first situation I needed flyers for an event. The event was taking place the same day as the expected date of delivery. I went online, chatted to a rep and voila, i was able to pick up my flyers as early as 8:30am for the dropbox location! No line, no wait. Went in grabbed my package and made it to the event. More recently, i ordered an expedited package to be delivered the day before my trip out of the country. Silly me not realizing that i used my business address for delivery. Fearful that i was not going to have my package in time for my departure i called UPS customer service on a Sunday. The rep assisted me in arranging for pick-up at the dropbox location. When i got there my package was waiting without hassle. I'd definitely recommend the UPS dropbox service to any and everyone. The times are convenient, the staff is friendly and they offer multiple options to ensure that you get you package received/delivered in time, even with tight deadlines.

wtf, I paid a lot of money for one day shipping, you delivered it to me at 7:00 pm, at that time, the leasing office for collecting packages already close. Then I need to go to pick up my self. Then you never told me the location of picking up, just let me wait for your call!!!!!!! You never gave me a call. Totally disappointed!! I will never use your one day shipping service again. Never one day garenteed. You totally lost all my trust of your one day shipping. No one will pay a lot of money for this kind of service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
