I would say my customer service at Wells Fargo has always been courteous and professional. However, in 4 years of service I have only experienced 1 honest mistake by an overwhelmed teller that shorted my transaction by $10.00. I called the bank about the incident and they were very polite about the situation. They promised to investigate the transaction and to place currency back into my checking account by the close of business. That was excellent customer service. Every time that I have entered the bank of Wells Fargo, all the tellers are knowledgeable about products and account information. They always find the best checking and saving solutions to fit your individual lifestyle. The automated service is user friendly and available 24 hours a day. Wells Fargo cares about their clients and customers.
