--Chlorine sanitizer residual on clean glass at bar glass washer unit recorded at "0" AGAIN. Staff had filled the sanitizer solution jug with rinse agent. PIC emptied / refilled the solution jug, primed the unit, ran it, 100 ppm chlorine recorded. PIC to have a training class on dishmachine operations.

--Dust buildup on back side and surrounding area of walk-in cooler evaporation unit. Dust buildup on egg crate vent panels above grill line, wait station steam table, prep kitchen, and dishwash areas, all need cleaned on a regular basis.
- Cleanability of Floors, Walls, & Ceilings (46.921)
--Floor tile grouting recessed / worn away in prep kitchen area, food and liquids collecting in voids, re-grouting needed.
- Lighting Intensity (46.943)
--Florescent light fixture above prep kitchen slicer table not working, ballast needs replaced? Questioned the paper towels used to "dim" the light fixture in front of the dessert reach-in cooler, lens panel needs replaced, corner broken off.
