--Several raw animal foods were stored above ready to eat foods in the kitchen cooler. Regulations reviewed and all were relocated properly. Previously cited. See Note below.

--Dave stated that his Servsafe certificate expires in 2015, but is not sure why it is not still posted on the wall board. He stated that he has another copy at home and will bring it in. Fax this to the Region 4 Dept of Agriculture at 724-443-8150.
Frequency of Cleaning Equipment Food Contact Surfaces and Utensils (46.712)
--Observed black and pink residue buildup inside the ice making unit. The ice was discarded, the components were disassembled and all was thoroughly cleaned/sanitized during the inspection. Previously cited >24 months ago.
Backflow Prevention Device when Required, Backflow Prevention Device on Carbonator (46.823(d)(e))
--A hose was kept directly connected to the mop sink faucet without using a backflow prevention device. Regulations were reviewed and the hose was disconnected.
