Questions about RANCHERITOS MEXICAN FOOD:

We went to rancheritos drive thru around 9pm on a Tuesday night. We ordered 2 al pastor bowls and the lady said she couldnt hear us. We repeated it clearly 4 times and she just kept saying she didnt hear it but never told us to drive up. Finally we told her really frustrated what we wanted but she had a very belligerent attitude even though we repeated it as loudly as we possibly could. On a seperate occasion i went through the drive through and ordered plates of food and instead they served me 2 tacos. On another occasion i have ordered from the drive thru and the woman working working looked completley high and drugged. This last time when I ordered food and the lady said she couldnt hear me but had a belligerent attitude, I asked to speak with the manager and she said there was no manager. I stayed and knocked at the window and a few seconds later the manager (Juan) came to the window he only listened to us. This was the icing on the cake for me and I no longer trust this place and will no longer be ordering food there and neither should you! We have a video on how we have been treated here.
