    Overhead 2D cooler (dairy, salads) at drive-thru window was 55F (cooler's digital reads 51.8F, internal analog thermometer reads 58F), and 4D Delfield were 49 F. Immediately discontinue use of 2D cooler and relocate PHF (which manager stated the milk had been in there around 7am and the salads about 1/2 hour ago), and provide 41F for all PHF. Observed dairy and salads relocated to a cooler.
