OBSERVED MISSING GROUT TILES BACK IN THE KITCHEN'S WALL.
OBSERVED UNUSED OLD UTENSILS STORED ON THE FLOOR BACK IN THE KITCHEN.
THE FRONT HAND SINK WAS BLOCKED BY EQUIPMENTS/UTENSILS.
THERE WAS SLIME BUILD UP ON THE SODA DISPENSERS NOZZLES.
