COUPLE OF WET/SOILED TOWELS WERE OBSERVED ON THE COUNTER.
OBSERVED BROKEN TILES BELOW THE HAND SINK LOCATED NEXT TO THE UTENSIL WASH SINK, AND MISSING CEILING PANEL ABOVE THE HEATER.
OBSERVED SOME FOOD PRODUCTS STORED ON THE FLOOR BY THE DRY STORAGE AREA.
THE HAND SINK BY THE THREE COMPARTMENT WARE WASH SINK WAS BLOCKED BY UTENSILS.
WET CLEAN UTENSILS WERE STACKED ON THE SHELF.
Food shall be thawed under refrigeration completely submerged under cold running water of sufficient velocity to flush loose particles in microwave oven during the cooking process. (114018, 114020, 114020.1)
