EMPLOYEE WAS OBSERVED DRINKING IN AN OPEN CUP CONTAINER IN FOOD PREPARATION AREA.
THE DRAIN PIPE FROM THE MECHANIZED DISHWASHER WAS IMMERSED INSIDE THE FLOOR SINK.
THERE WAS NO SANITIZER IN THE MECHANICAL DISHWASHER.
