REPAIR/ REPLACE THE MALFUNCTIONING CEILING LIGHT.
CLEAN THE EXHAUST FAN GUARD IN THE TOILET ROOM. REMOVE THE ACCUMULATED DUST.
SECURE ALL THE UNCHAINED CARBON DIOXIDE CYLINDER TANKS TO PREVENT POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARD.
