Remarks: EXACT DATE UNKN, JUST MO/YR. NO BIRDS SEEN ON TAXI OUT TO RWY. DURING T/O PIC CALLED "BIRDS" FOLLOWED BY "ABORT, ABORT, ABORT!". AS I OOKED UP I SAW A RATHER LRG FLOCK OF GULL ROOSTING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RWY. THEESE GULLS HAD NOT BEEN VISIBLE AS WE BEGAN THE T/O ROLL. THEIR COLORING AND THE TOPOGRAPHY OF THE RWY MADE THEM VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE TO US. WE TAXIED TO THE RAMP AND INSPECTED THE A/C. ONLY 1 STRIKE TO RT OTBD LEADING EDGE OF WING. NO DMG. JUST BLOOD. FLT WAS AUTHORIZED TO CONT.

What are the names of those who serve on the airport board of directors?

Who appoints the board of directors?

What is the term of the existing agreement or contract between the airport and the flight instructors school?
