I am currently in Afghanistan but am based out of Ft. Drum, my job for the Army is ATC and I was wondering if Watertown International Airport would be willing to train army ATC personel and help them earn a rating for their tower facility. Also the army ATC that would be helping would most likely have to be afforded some scheduling flexibility due to the needs of the army.
