The west cold top refrigerator on the service line did not hold potentially hazardous foods at 41°F or below. A paint tray and paint brushes were stored in the ware washing area hand sink. Corrected on site. A box of bagels was stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. The walk-in refrigerator door gasket was cracked. Several of the metal shelves in the walk-in freezer had cracked coatings, and the wire metal was exposed. The underside of the bagel oven hood was rusted and stained. Several of the coffee bar cabinet shelves were missing laminate on the front edges, and the exposed wood was not treated. The espresso cooler was not provided with a thermometer. The espresso cooler door gaskets were soiled with food debris. The coffee line dump sink faucet leaked water when the faucets were turned off. The dumpster lids were open. Debris was present on the floor in the walk-in refrigerator. Several unsealed holes were present in the wall above the three-compartment sink. The floor drain below the coffee bar was soiled with grime. The floor was soiled with food debris in the front service line area. Two lights did not function inside the walk-in refrigerator. The florescent light tubes above the bagel display racks were not shielded. An employee pizza was present in the walk in freezer.
Several creme cheese products were being held at 44-46°F in the left service line cold top refrigerator. The west cold top refrigerator on the srvice ine did not hold potentially hazardous foods at 41°F or below.
