Strawberries in the walk-in cooler were moldy.
Employees were observed cracking shell eggs and did not wash their hands before handling clean plates and utensils. An employee was observed handling dirty dishes and then clean dishes without out first washing their hands. An employee was observed removing soiled gloves and put on clean gloves without first washing their hands.
Shell eggs on the prep table were 60�°F. Tartar sauce in the server reach-in cooler was 54�°F. Sliced cheese on the cold-top cooler was 49�°F.
The prep sink and the right side of the three-compartment sink did not have working hot water.
The faucet on the dipper well on the grill line was below the flood rim.
Numerous flies were observed in the mop sink and server areas.

An employee was observed removing gloves and put on clean gloves without first washing their hands. An employee was observed handling their pants and apron strings wearing gloves and then continued preparing food with those gloves on.

An employee was observed wiping their face with their apron and then wiped their hands on their apron and continued with food preparation.
Shell eggs on the grill line table were 47�°F.
