Raging Waters

Raging Waters, formerly known as Waterworld USA, offers families living in and visitors to San Francisco a fun outdoor park filled with water recreation. There are more than two dozen water attractions that include pools, slides and games for kids and adults. Rides at Waterworld USA include the Calypso Cooler, the Dragon's Den, the Mako, the Honolulu Halfpipe, Hook's Lagoon, the Stingray and the Manta Ray, Breaker Beach, the Great White, Splashdown, the Hammerhead, the Cliffhanger, Hurricane Bay Slide and a Volleyball court. Several of the slides are thrilling rides meant for older kids and adults, but there are pools and less frightening rides for the younger and faint of heart park visitors. There is a lazy river and even a five story water kingdom. The park is a popular destination for family outings and parties. Guests can enjoy a trip to the park, parking for just ten dollars, unlimited access to the park's attractions and snacks and food while on the grounds. The park features a dress code to keep things family-friendly. Guests must wear traditional swimwear, long pants, tshirts and jeans are not permitted on water slides, children must wear swim diapers, guests cannot wear obscene or profane clothing and the park is smoke free. Guests are able to rent lockers and tubes for the lazy river and the wave pool.
