Property is run down, paint is very old and yellowed, AC units have mold on the vents, windows are filthy, dirt, bugs and grime in the fixtures, and black mold spots under sinks and in bathtub. We we’re denied entry to have a mold inspection prior to move in. Clearly they are hiding something bc the unit had been vacant. The AC has not worked the 1st 2 days my daughter has lived there as well. The manager said it’s probably bc the roof is hot and should get better when it cools down bc the units can’t keep up in this heat. She also said most kids feel this way in August. Unless you want to sleeping in 88° heat at night I would never consider allowing my child OR MYSELF to live in such a place. You have to wonder when they give an addendum for mold and bed bugs. This place is a health and safety hazard.
