Observed a build up of stagnant water on the interior of beer coolers approx. 2 inches. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.

Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under rules 3717-1-04 and 3717-1-04.1 of this code. Correct By: 09-Jul-2014
Observed carpeting installed in unapproved areas- remove carpet in the mens bathroom . Carpeting or similar material shall not be installed in food preparation areas, walk-in refrigerators, warewashing areas, toilet rooms, refuse storage rooms, or other areas where the floor is subject to moisture, flushing or spraying.
