- Critical: Observed unapproved application or use of a poisonous or toxic substance. -Observed window cleaner being used to wipe off a stainless steel food prep table.
Poisonous or toxic materials shall be used and applied according to law and as specified in this rule. -Use only approved chemicals and sanitizers per the label. Do not use window cleaner on food contact surfaces. During inspection, a sanitizer bucket with 200ppm quat sanitizer was used to sanitize the surface.
