To ensure proper cleaning of hands, a handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide water at a temperature of at least 100° F (thirty-eight degrees Celsius) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. - Per conversation with owner and operator, hot water tank is currently broken. - Facility shall repair hot water tank to provide a temperature of at least 100F. - Employees may wash hands with cold water until tank is fixed, as all items are pre-packaged and no food handling is performed.
