Pastries supplied from local bakeries do not have the required label information including common name, ingredients in descending order by weight or volume, total weight or volume and manufacturer with city and state.
Foods shall be labeled as specified in this rule. Discontinue selling these product until appropriate labels are obtained.
- Critical: Food equipment surfaces are not cleaned at the required frequency. The pinch points and hard to reach surfaces on the slicer and the ventilation grates in the flip top cooler are dirty with accumulated food.
Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be cleaned at a frequency specified in this rule. Clean and sanitize these surfaces to prevent pathogen growth.
