Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. - Observed a build-up of mix inside cappuccino machine. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. - Clean inside of cappuccino machine to remove build-up and provide a sanitary surface.
Observed no covered receptacle in women's restroom. A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins.
