- Food storage containers are not properly labeled.
Working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages shall be identified with the common name of the food, except containers holding food that are readily and unmistakably recognized. Label the sugar bin next to the food station and the bottle of water used for the Coolata machine.
- In-use utensils are improperly stored. Ice cream scoops were not stored in wells with running water.
During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored as described in this rule. Water must be running into the ice cream dipper wells.

- Critical: TCS foods were not being held at the proper temperature. Creamer station near the cash registers is 47-51F.
To prevent the growth of pathogens, except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as a public health control, TCS food shall be held at 135°F or above (except that roasts cooked using time and temperature parameters in 3717-1-03.3 may be held at 130° F), or at 41°F or less. TCS foods must be cold held at or below 41F to inhibit pathogen growth-corrected voluntarily discarded after four hours.
- Critical: The plumbing system was not properly repaired. The rear hand sink is not working.
To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Ohio building code. Repair the rear hand sink in the kitchen to facilitate its use. Correct By: 18-Jun-2015

Corrected at time of inspection. **Discontinue storing blender equipment/parts in standing sanitizer water. Items should be properly cleansed between use and stored dry or in running water.
