I pre-ordered an order more than a week ago to arrive for my mother on Mother's Day. I am a paramedic working every single day during this COVID crisis, across the country from my mom. There is no way for me to see her. Because I love her very much, I ordered her something special to be delivered today, Mother's Day, with Edible Arrangements on Mayfield Road. Coming off of my shift today, I called my mom and she says nothing was delivered. I called The Mayfield Edible's phone number and it is disconnected. I called the Edible main line and they are closed. No way to get ahold of them at all. I wrote an email, tried their chat, nothing. The payment for this order was taken out of my account a week ago.
I am sitting here right now feeling like the worst damn son in the world. I just wanted to do something special for her during this crap going on in the world. Please just stay the hell away from this company, and especially this location. Hopefully I get a refund and can get her something to make up for this terrible day.

Do not do business with this place! Customer service is horrible! I was hung up on, called a liar and they never delivered on my wife's BIRTHDAY! I want to speak to the owner of this business. I am a business owner as well and I would want to know how my staff is costing me money! I would never do business with this place again. The staff needs a complete makeover. Appalled at the way I was treated. If you dont believe me just look at the Google reviews for this place. Save yourself the headache, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
