- Observed a build-up of dirt and debris. Clean the floor at the following areas: the wok line near the grease trap/pork cooker

- Observed a build-up of dirt and debris.
Clean all of the surfaces (gas lines, drain, equipment) to the left of the cook line to remove all buildup of food. Clean the walk-in cooler fan covers and immediate area around this fan to remove buildup of dust.
- Observed plumbing fixtures that were not being kept maintained.
Repair the hand sink in the men's restroom that has been pulled away from the wall. Repair sink and seal the space between the wall and the back of the sink.
