- Critical: Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty observed a gross build up of ice and dirt and debris on the interior of the ice cream cooler .
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch.
- Critical: The handwashing sink was not easily accessible.
To ensure frequent and proper handwashing, a handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
- The plumbing system was not properly repaired exist a faucet not capable of filling 3 comp sink to allow washing rinsing and sanitizing, and handsink in food prep area not operational .
To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Ohio building code.
- Observed floors, walls, and/or ceilings that were not constructed of approved materials -observed missing damaged floor tiles near the handsink .
Where FSO or RFE activities are conducted, materials for indoor floor, wall, and ceiling surfaces shall be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable
- Observed a build-up of dirt and debris in the retail area of floor(hard to reach places exist gross build up of dirt) the back storage area exist build up of dirt and debris and in the walk in cooler .
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
