  • Miscellaneous sources of contamination observed.
    Food shall be protected from contamination that is not specified under 3717-1-03.2 (A) to (X). **All personal food items must be stored separate and/or below food served in the school. Clearly label an area for the use of employees that is below/away from food served in the school.
  • Critical: The handwashing sink was not easily accessible. **Trash can is kept in front of the hand sink making it inaccessible.
    To ensure frequent and proper handwashing, a handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. **Discontinue keeping any items in front of the sink to allow access without having to move obstructions out of the way.
