Consumer warnings are not provided when required. Consumer warnings shall be provided as required by this code. When menus redone, place consumer warning on them about eating under cooked food may cause a food-borne illness.
Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Clean all shelves in kitchen to remove buildup, plate storage, spice areas. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean.

Standard Inspection
Critical: Observed food in contact with an unclean surface. Do not place glass or plastic bottles of food (peppers, mayo, etc.) in the prep cooler trays that are also holding food. To prevent contamination, food shall only contact the surfaces of cleaned and sanitized equipment and utensils or single-use and/or single-service articles.
The plumbing system was not properly repaired. Fix hot water faucet handle for 3 bay sink. To prevent health hazards, a plumbing system shall be repaired according to the Ohio building code.
Observed containers of poisonous or toxic chemicals that did not contain the manufacturers label. Write name of chemical in the spray bottles in bar area and kitchen. To prevent illness, containers of poisonous or toxic materials and personal care items shall bear a legible manufacturer's label.
