    Food shall be protected from contamination that is not specified under 3717-1-03.2 (A) to (X). Employee items were removed and trays were removed to be be cleaned and sanitized. Store employee belongings in designated area to prevent contamination of food contact surfaces.

  • Critical: Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. The ice machine scoop bucket by the meat department walk in freezer was dirty.
