- Cooking equipment or pan surfaces are dirty. Observed mold on gaskets at reach in cooler. Clean gaskets to remove mold buildup. also, observed mold at 3 compartment sink. Remove caulk and re-caulk 3 compartment sink. Clean mold areas on wall.
To prevent contamination, the food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept clean.
- Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the handwashing sink(s). No soap present at handsink. Provide soap at all times to ensure proper handwashing. CORRECTED.
To ensure proper cleaning of hands, each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
