Food storage containers are not properly labeled. Provide labels on bulk food items (i.e. sunflower seeds, rasians, etc.) at dry storage area. Working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages shall be identified with the common name of the food, except containers holding food that are readily and unmistakably recognized.
Bulk food display for customer self-service was not properly labeled. Provide ingredient labels for bulk food items (i.e. bagels, donuts, pastries, etc.) for self service. Bulk food that is available for consumer self-dispensing shall be prominently labeled with the information specified under (C)(2) of this rule.

Observed food employee cooling cooked time/temperature controlled for safety foods from 135°F to 70°F within two hours and from 70°F to 41°F or below within four hours.

Food employee was observed reheating foods for hot holding to 165°F within two hours.
Observed food employee cooking foods to the required temperatures.
Observed ready to eat time/temperature controlled for safety foods being properly date marked, and discarded when required.
Foods are protected from physical and environmental contamination during storage, preparation, holding and display.
Toxic materials are properly identified and stored.
