  • Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are dirty. Shelving in the two door stainless steel upright refrigerator is lined with newspaper and stained.
    Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept clean. Remove newspaper and thoroughly clean this unit to eliminate build up and deter pests.
  • Critical: Observed no air gap or approved backflow prevention device on the plumbing system. Hose on 3 compartment sink penetrates the flood level rim of the sink without backflow prevention.
    A plumbing system shall be installed to preclude backflow of a solid, liquid, or gas contaminant into the water supply system of use at the FSO or RFE, by providing an air gap as specified under this rule, or installing an approved backflow prevention device as specified under this rule. Provide a backflow preventer for this hose (or remove it) to prevent backflow prevention and potable water contamination. Correct By: 12-Sep-2014
