  • Basic - Fan cover in walk-in cooler has accumulation of dust/debris. Heavy build up of dust on walk in cooler fan.
  • Basic - Gaskets with slimy/mold-like build-up. On reach in freezer, excessive food debris.
  • Basic - Interior of refrigerator in disrepair/has exposed insulation. On door of reach in cooler across from fryers
  • Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Missing for reach in cooler across from flat grill, also in reach in cooler next to reach in freezer side of kitchen. Manager placed thermometer in units. **Corrected On-Site**
