Order Junior whopper receive sandwich with incorrect bread. Out of smaller buns for junior whopper was given sourdough bread instead. Hamburgers seem to be undercooked along with onion rings that were ordered. Requested new order of cooked onion rings and was required to retrieve second order while staff was talking with friends / off duty staff and coworkers.
Witnessed what appeared to be off duty coworkers entered kitchen / service area and was handling product without washing hands.
