  • Egg whites 64*F, sausage 53*F, cooked ham 50*F, cheese 53*F, whole shell eggs 67*F were all > 41*F. There is no time/temp in use on these items. All items were discarded by operator. Both of us took temps. Egg box on south side of line. All time control for safety food shall be 41*C or less.
  • Stop sale issued on potentially hazardous food (time control for safety) due to temperature abuse- discarded by operator.
  • The 6 burner gas stove has excessive food debris all over it. Equipment shall be clean to sight and touch.
  • The flat top grill has heavy grease build up. Equipment food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.
  • The floor has excessive water behind the line material for indoor floor should be smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.
